Facing news of a widespread cold wave in the Northern
Hemisphere and predictions of global cooling in the
coming decades, l captured four winter scenes: homeless
individuals, a breakfast vendor cheated by customers, a
tired French boy at McDonald's, and a puppy seeking
shelter from the wind. This cold makes me wonder, could
we freeze to death?
